Compostable Food Trays Made From Paper 

Our paper compostable food trays are made from FSC™ Recycled certified paperboard, which means the material used is on its second life and loving it – no trees were cut in the making of our disposable meal trays. Made from fluted board, the sturdy construction of these food trays make them ideal for hot and greasy foods. These unlined paper trays are compostable and recyclable if they’re not too soiled. 

BioCane Food Trays For Foodservice

Our plastic-free BioCane trays include bagasse food trays intended for food service and produce trays intended for servicing fruit and vegetable packers and producers. These disposable trays are the most sustainable trays available as they are made from sugarcane pulp – which is a waste by-product of the sugar-refining industry that has been repurposed and given a new life. They are strong and durable, water-resistant, suitable for hot and cold foods, and microwave and oven-safe. Our sugarcane trays are available in various sizes with the option of single, five or six compartments.

BioCane Produce Trays For Supermarkets

Gone are the days of depending on plastic trays to protect our fruit and veg! BioPak sought a better alternative for growers and supermarkets to display and package berries, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, zucchinis and even baked goods! These plastic-free bagasse trays are certified industrially compostable to AS4736, home compostable to AS5810, and recyclable in the paper stream if not too contaminated with food residue. They are also PFAS-free as they do not require any grease proofing. Once you’re finished with your fruit, vegetables or bakery items, you can toss this right in your home composting bin!
